Please read this with an open heart and mind. Our nation needs more people to stand up and not be afraid to speak the truth. Our forefathers created this nation as a Godly nation and it is up to us as the people of this nation to bring it back. We all need to stand up for God. He said he would never leave us nor forsake us and that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Please demonstrate your faith like this pastor did and share this prayer, and pray for our nations leaders that they to will take this prayer to heart and bring God back to our school, courthouses, etc. May God be with you all and give you the strength to STAND UP for him!
When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas
House of Representatives, everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:
* * * * *
Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to
seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, "'Woe to those who
call evil good,' but that's what we have done.
We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.
We have ridiculed the absolute truth of your word in the name of moral pluralism.
We have worshipped other gods and called it multiculturalism.
We have endorsed perversion and called it an alternative life style.
We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery.
We've neglected the needy and called it self-preservation.
We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare.
In the name of right to life, we have killed abortionists
We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self-esteem.
We have abused power and called it political savvy.
We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it taxes.
We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.
We have ridiculed time-honored values of our forefathers and called it
enlightenment.
Search us, Oh, God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and
set us free. Try us. Show us any wickedness within us. Cleanse us from every sin and set us free. Guide and bless these men and women who have been set here by the people of the State of Kansas, and that they have been ordained by you to govern this great state.
Grant them your wisdom to rule. May their decisions to direct us to the center of your will. And, as we continue our prayer and as we come in out of the fog, give us clear minds to accomplish our goals as we begin this Legislature. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen!
The response was immediate!!!
His staff stopped counting the calls that came from every state and many foreign countries after the first 6,500.
With the Lord's help, may this prayer sweep over our nation and wholeheartedly become our desire so that we again can be called "one nation under God."

Does God Cry?
A little girl once asked, "Mommy does God cry?"
"Don't be silly, God can't cry baby," her mother replied.
"But what about when He looks down from Heaven above
And sees all the people who needs His love?
And what about when He looks down and sees
The playground kids fall and scrape their knees?
Or how about Aunt Jane who can't have baby girls or boys?
Or what about the poor kids who gets no Christmas toys?
Maybe God would cry if He lived with my friend Tommy.
Whose daddy beats and bruises him and his mommy.
Or maybe if He looked down and saw people being killed,
I think He'd surely have eyes that are tear filled.
But I think most of all, mommy, what would have made God cry,
Is when He looked down at the cross and watched His baby die."
The mother stood in silence as her eyes filled with tears,
For she knew her little girl was wise beyond her years.
Staring into deep blue eyes, the mother found courage to say,
"Yes baby girl, I think God looks down and cries every day."
God Bless you and keep you safe in Jesus' arms!

Walk A Little Plainer Daddy
Walk a little plainer daddy
Said a little boy so frail,
I'm following your footsteps and
I don't want to fail.
Sometimes your steps are plain
Sometimes they are hard to see,
So walk a little plainer Daddy.
For you are leading me."
I know that once you walked
This way many years ago,
What you did along the way
I'd really like to know
For sometimes when I'm tempted
I don't know what to do
So walk a little plainer, Daddy,
For I must follow you.
Someday when I'm grown up.
You are like I want to be,
Then I will have a little boy
Who will want to follow me
And I want to lead him right.
And help him to be true
So walk a little plainer, Daddy
For we must follow you.

Rules for Success
Bill Gates recently gave this speech at a High School graduation:
Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!
Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.
Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.
Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.
Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your
Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they
called it opportunity.
Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't
whine about your mistakes, learn from them.
Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.
Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.
Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.
Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people
actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.
Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

Some Talk the Talk,
(BUT STUMBLE WALKING THE WALK)
A man was being tailgated by a stressed-out woman on a busy boulevard. Suddenly, the light turned yellow, just in front of him. He did the right thing, stopping at the crosswalk, even though he could have beaten the red light by accelerating through the intersection.
The tailgating woman hit the roof, and the horn, screaming in frustration as she missed her chance to get through the intersection with him. As she was still in mid-rant, she heard a tap on her window and looked up into the face of a very serious police officer.
The officer ordered her to exit her car with her hands up. He took her to the police station where she was searched, fingerprinted, photographed, and placed in a cell.
After a couple of hours, a policeman approached the cell and opened the door. She was escorted back to the booking desk where the arresting
officer was waiting with her personal effects.
He said, "I'm very sorry for this mistake. You see, I pulled up behind your car while you were blowing your horn, flipping the guy off in front of you,and cussing a blue streak at him. I noticed the 'What Would Jesus Do" bumper sticker, the 'Follow Me to Sunday School' bumper sticker and
the chrome-plated fish emblem on the trunk. Naturally, I assumed you had stolen the car."
